1. Delivery
Wicks Manor Farm can dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving an order or you can choose your preferred delivery date in advance when you place your order. If this should not be possible we will notify you as soon as we can.
The carriers we use are Parcel Force and TNT. Both will attempt delivery once and if they are unable to deliver the goods, a notice should be placed through your letterbox and the goods will be returned to the depot or local post office. They may attempt to redeliver the following day or request that you are to collect from your local depot or post office. Failing to do so, the goods will be returned to Wicks Manor Farm. Alternatively, if you know you are not going to be at the address at the time of delivery, you can request for the goods to be left in a safe place, unsigned for. We will need a description of the safe place noted in the comments box. Once Wicks Manor Farm have dispatched the goods any change of delivery address by the customer will incur an extra carriage charge.
Please note our standard delivery days are Tuesday-Friday. We offer FREE delivery on all orders placed over £25.00 (excluding certain offers and areas). Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are also available, but they will incur an additional charge of £15.00 + VAT (total of £18.00) for orders over £25.00, and £20.00 + VAT (total of £24.00) for orders under £25.00. This charge also applies to certain bank holidays, dependant on own vehicle and carriers delivery schedule.
2. Damaged Goods
In the event of damaged goods, the Purchaser shall notify Wicks Manor Farm within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Wicks Manor Farm will automatically replace faulty or damaged goods however the customer must retain the damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.

As our products are supplied to you fresh and chilled, please note we do not accept returned goods. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, we will ask for your order confirmation number and photographic evidence to support your claim.
After the claim is approved the customer will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund within 7 working days (including delivery costs) to the original method of payment, or via cheque.
4. Privacy
Wicks Manor Farm collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Wicks Manor Farm to process the Purchaser’s order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. All information provided is confidential; we will not share your data with any other party, nor will we email you without your consent.
5. Jurisdiction
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining term and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

ANY MATERIAL found within our pages including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal and non-commercial use or with our explicit consent.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
