Everyone loves a sausage – including the Howie family, who have been producing premium Maldon pork at Wicks Manor Farm for 50 years.
To celebrate this magnificent milestone of Wicks Manor, we've teamed up with the East of England Co-op to offer a fantastic competition to design our next sausage recipe! Fire up your imagination and get thinking of what would make the perfect pork sausage. From classic combos, to wild and wacky – the sky is the limit! The Howie family will shortlist their three favourite flavour combinations which will be put to the public vote, with the winning recipe being put into production and stocked exclusively in East of England Co-op stores. The three shortlisted recipes will also win a hamper of Wicks Manor goodies plus a £50 Co-op food voucher.
All pork sausage nominations should be emailed to info@wicksmanor.co.uk before Wednesday 9th August. The three pork sausage recipes shortlisted will be put to the public vote online from Monday 14th August. Keep a look out for more information over the next few weeks.
In addition to winning a hamper full of Wicks Manor Goodies & £50 worth of Co-op vouchers, the winner will have their name printed on the winning sausage recipe which will be sold across East of England Co-op stores in Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk.
